I have been helping small to medium enterprises drive effective change since 2004. My experience includes designing international Supply Chain networks for Food companies across the EMEA region.

I have had the responsibility of changes projects with up to £2M budgets, my work has brought me to:

  • Set up the Supply Chain of a £5M a year contract for a UK food exporter in the Netherlands with suppliers in Italy and a chilled logistics hub in Germany

  • Drive digital transformation for Supply Chain and Finance using Microsoft Enterprise technology for a group of companies with a combined turnover of £180M

  • Design the warehousing and distribution processes of a multi-channel international food and drink importer with more than 300 SKUs including frozen and dairy products

  • Design the overall supply chain strategy, defined and documented standard operating procedures to help a global food supplement company with process compliance.
